Q: I have a friend who’s husband tells her 4 months ago he was done and wasn’t coming back. How fast can he make her leave

4 months nothing. He has been paying the house payment and she isn’t on the mortgage. How fast can he evict her. How can she protect t herself if he comes to the house and is being verbally abusive

A: Since they are married he can’t kick her out. The house issue will be addressed during the divorce process. She should consult with an attorney regarding the proper course of action for moving forward with the divorce.
