Lagrange, GA asked in Child Custody for Georgia

Q: How do I fight back CPS when they wrongfully gave custody to my ex with no proper investigation or a report on myself?

I had sole custody of my daughter. With no report of concern on myself but with the other parent making false accusations against me case worker changed custody over to ex and then gave him permission to leave the state with her. Since then he went to file for emergency custody in new state and was granted emergency custody. How was he able to obtain a protection order and emergency custody with no investigation completed or any official documents making him the official custodial parent in hime state. He has also lived in new state for less than 6 months. If he has to return to home state how do I fight this parenting plan created by DFCS and get my daughter back? They never notified me of their decision and when I asked for information they told me they were not allowed to disclose case information with me even though I am the legal parent.
