Parents share custody and time . Father is consider custodial and primary caretaker by court and make more money than mother.
A: Even if father is custodiL and makes more money, mother still owes support.
A: Both parents owe for the support of the child. There is a formula and a worksheet to fill out and complete which determines the amount of each parent's support obligation----based on those calculations, it will determine whether the father pays some to the mother or if the mother pays some to the father.
