Q: I am full POA over my 86 year old father I had cousin come in take over forbid me to see or talk to him now for 6 weeks

A crooked lawyer and my stepsisters are scamming him into selling land that he paid a lawyer $5000 in July to revoke the sale I need help right away before they illegally sale the land and I need to know what the $5000 paid to the attorney to revoke the sale did with the money ? I have two law suits one with First Gauranty Bank in Amite for giving an in authorized person information and bank statements for his checking account ! I am attaching a letter from this lawyer in Kentwood who does not know me and made all these accusations that can be proven not true , please help me

A: Agree with attorney Badeaux----you need legal assistance and that assistance needs to come from your hiring an attorney to represent you----there is already a lawyer against you (on the other side) so you need to have one to protect you. Good luck.
