Q: on indictments does the law half to arrest a person on them indictments before you are charged with a bench warrent

was arrested on a bench warrent first then found out that meant i missed a court date that i didnt know about because i was never arrested on the indictments, a month after the arrest i went to talk to a lawyer about my rights ,he said copy of papers from court house was faxs to his office ,that he handed me my indictments which i know a lawyer cannot hand a person indictments ,it has to be a dea or law officer i got a motion discovery but they will not let me see the video, said i would cause a major problem plus its not my address on the paper the picture does not look like me. they will not show me any docoments on supposely arrest or the o.r. my understanding a judge sign the o.r. along with me signing. what is my rights are they aloud to do this

Warrants issue after an arrest, and if not disposed of at General Sessions, result in an Indictment. If you do not show up to Court, a Capias (for your body) issues. Your lawyer can give you the Indictment and ask for Discovery.
