Q: Can i own a gun in Louisiana if i was aressted for 2 charges but was only convicted 1 charge
I got both charges at the same time The first was simp posess of cds1 marijuana the other was a firearm in the presence of narcotics but was not covicted nor brought up in court on the felony charge the DA said i have a cds1 charge n that i had other stuff but wasnt going to worry about it in the middle of court and the judge gave me 2 days in jail

If a felony, what was your sentence and when did you fully complete that sentence (including completion of all probation or parole from that sentence)? La. R.S. 14:95.1 might prohibit your possession of a firearm depending on these circumstances.
