For the order.) There is a list of boxes checked and initialed by the judge. He did NOT initial or check next to him not being able to speak through phone to myself or family. Just can't physically go near each other. He's been told by two people 2 different things. That he can/can't. I have not gotten a straight answer from the COC, DA, Judges office, criminal department, or sheriff's office. We have two very young (2yrs & 6 months) little girls together. My 2 year old is literally pulling her hair out missing her dad and is in counseling. AT TWO. Can we speak on the phone so that I can provide him updates and for him to speak to our daughters??
