Q: I was having a spine fusion on November the 2 nd and my wife took my kids and moved out now I’m having to buy her out
We’ve lived in separate rooms over 8 years went meet with my attorney and hers now they have me paying her $65,000 for a house she abandoned when I was at my lowest my mom who’s in her 70s had to help me through the healing process and November 9th my wife put a restraining order on me which got thrown out and I’m on long term disability only take home $2116 and I have to pay her $668 a month I want joint custody every other weekend during school like I told both attorneys I’m not book smart it’s in kids best interest but I want 50/50 custody can someone please shed some light and give me some guidance please
