Q: What does Omitted pursant to Court 800.14 mean in regards to Transcripts ?
Thank you for the reply, this makes no sense B/C its a Child Custody Appeal....unless the Transcripts are being omitted due to the other party having committed a Family Offense, could this be possible?
I was told it means Transcripts were electronically sent and not in paper form.

I'm sorry your question remains open for two weeks. I looked up the statute to see if it would be helpful in pointing you in the right direction for guidance. The statute you cite reads in part... [Section 800.14] Appeals in criminal cases. " ...When the clerk of the trial court has been directed, pursuant to section 800.4(c) of this Part, to furnish a copy of a transcript to this court, the transcript may be omitted from the single copy record."
A criminal defense attorney should advise on this. I think the question went overlooked under the Family Law category. Good luck

A: Thank you. In that case, it would be best for one of the family law attorneys here to respond. I only checked the statute to offer some direction as to which category's attorneys might be able to offer direction - but family law is outside my area of practice. I'm sorry. If it helps, there is a Child Custody category here. I don't know if it would help to repost and add that as a category, or reach out to attorneys - depending on the timetable. Good luck
