Q: what are the requirements for the drug fund in the tca code book

he is 83 year old and tried to say he was selling his meds and he wasnt and they also charged him with manufacture ,selland delivery of a schedule 2 drug and posession of a firearm while commiting a felony all they have to go is hearsay and the girl that was there was scared to deathlaughing at hertelling her they like to put women in jail and had taken her night meds and been out of peninsula for 23 hrs ,and had no idea what she was saying they ask about customers and she said 2 because she was selling jewlery at the time.but nobody wants to listen and shee got charged with manufacture and posession of a legend drug seems like everybody except the girls public defender is hand in hand
