Q: Boyfriend had warrant officer told me he seen him driving my car 20 min earlier but he had not but still got changed ??

My car had not left my house all day I let the officers search in my car in my house he was not here he hadn't been all day. But when he went to jail eventually for his warrant they had charged him for driving that day they assumed he was in my car

without even seeing him only the vehicle like mine. That wasn't even my vehicle. my car hadnt left my drive way all day. But they gave him extra charge on top of his warrants that were unrelated

A: Not sure of your question. If there is an outstanding Arrest Warrant then LEOs execute the Warrant in almost any manner they can. Obviously the Warrant had nothing to do with his driving your car.
