Q: If i don’t receive my refund by may 9th 2022 can i sue my insurance company
My insurance company is saying i only had one car insured and i had 2 before October 31 and they also said they not issuing checks out until may 9th

I believe the applicable question is how many cars you insured with them ON October 31, not how many you insured before then.
I do not believe you have any claim to sue.
