Q: Hello

I had my son over the weekend and when the weekend was up I try to return my son to his mother but I call and she never answer So I keep at my house so I call her aunt and uncle they told me she hasn't been taking care of him and that she was getting kick out so couple week goes by she ask if she come visit him I said yes then she took him from my house and I have no contact with her cause she block me from everything

A: If you have a custody agreement/arrangement signed by a Judge then you can return to Court and seek to have it enforced. If you do not have one, then you need to file the paperwork with the Court to get one set. To make sure you are best protected, I would recommend that you hire a custody/domestic lawyer to do this/represent you. Good luck.
