Q: If my dad wants to kick me out of the house at the age of 18 what does he have to do in order legally do that
My dad is actually currently trying to kick me out and he told me to pack up about 4 days ago and today he is kicking me out I got almost no time to actually figure things out or find a place to stay so it would be nice to know if there was somehting i could do to stop this also I am in high-school currently
A: Are you still in high school? If not and you are over 18, you are now a tenant subject to eviction as any other tenant unfortunately.
