A: For what are you seeking an attorney? Based on your post, I would seek an attorney to represent you and help you obtain the best result possible for the citation issued to you. If the accident occurred while you were working then you might have a workers' comp claim and an attorney representing you on that claim is recommended. If you are seeking a personal injury claim, but if you are truly at fault I would think that your claim would not be successful.

A: If you have auto insurance you should reach out to your insurance provider to file a claim. You can also reach out to personal injury attorneys to see if anyone would be willing to represent you for your injury claim. You stated you were at-fault for the accident, how so? Simply receiving a citation does not mean you are at-fault. As stated you should reach out to an attorney to see what your options are.

I wish you the best!
