A: Can they be found? I'm no expert in crypto so I don't know. The opposing party's attorney, through appropriate discovery demands, could establish that you have or should have a certain dollar amount in assets, whether they are in crypto or not.

Larger question is what would your assets have to do with a custody case other than for child support purposes?

A: If you receive a demand for that information in the form of a court document, subpoena, or other discovery request you'll want to make sure you answer honestly and file an appropriate motion before the due date if you disagree with the request. A defense attorney can help you with discovery requests.
