Q: When a case is done with prejudiced can the evidence that was using that case be brought up in another case

If the evidence was that the defendant said or published something which was claimed to be defamatory, for example, no: the case for that action is over. On the other hand, the other case could about something entirely different (not defamation; not a civil case, etc.); if the evidence previously used is relevant in that different case it probably could be used.
