League City, TX asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: My sister coerced our 93 year old father to change his will, his POA and estate trust to totally exclude me.

She did this less than a year after we all had signed the original estate planning documents. The reason she did this was because I was questioning her spending my dad's money for her own personal use. She used money from a FEMA loan for "her bills" and purchased a car in my dad's name for her daughter. I am in Texas; she and my dad are in Florida and apparently thinks she can get away with it What is my recourse?
