Q: My coworker is telling everyone at the job my medical records do I have a case

I was shot in my growing area (at home )it was a freak accident and my mother spoke with my boss to let him know what was going on and why I would not be into work for a while My boss then told an employee and now the employee is telling everyone at the job what happened to me So now when I'm dealing with customers such as female customers he thinks it's okay and funny to tell to say out loud Hey don't forget to tell her that you only have one ball. i have people coming up to me telling me that hes making jokes about where i got shot. since then i have not been to work.

A: You should have an attorney send a cease and desist letter to the people who are disclosing your private medical information and who are defaming your character.
