A: A Tennessee attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. If it's a contract with the school, it's possible that violating it could result in loss of privileges or some form of discipline by the school. Depending on what's posted, it's even possible that it could open the door to a civil lawsuit.

If it's some type of criminal-type order for harassment or something along those lines (which only a Tennessee criminal attorney should advise on), then yes, it could definitely lead to trouble. In either case, the short answer is that you want to stay away from violating this contract or agreement. You should check with a local attorney for more specific guidance. Good luck
