It was a left turn and I went under the yellow light. Well I only made the half turn. And I went under the red light camera on the wrong side median. Lucky no cars were there. I stopped and put my blinker on and pulled into a nearby Restaurant. I couldn't turn around cause traffic was coming through so I waited to turn into the restaurant and put my blinker on. The camera flashed my license tag. I didn't realize till I went under what I did. First offense in Tennessee

A: It is a civil offense not criminal. It cannot add points to your MVR or suspend a TNDL, but you can be sued for the money. Disputing it is not worth the trouble, so either pay it or forget about it.
