Q: I got caught going 40 over in Maury county. What can I expect at court?
The first one was 80 in a 40 but I had a prior one from going 82 in an 45 and they are both for the same date. Should I pay them online or go to court? I was stupid and it’s my fault but I don’t know what will be better or how to deal with that
A: Do not pay by mail which is pleading guilty. You will loose your TNDL for points. Hire a competent attorney to represent you now to possibly work it out on at least one of the Citations. You may need a DOS Hearing. Do not get in any more trouble.
