A: A Kansas attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. If the alterations you mention were material to the processing of the claim, that could be bad faith. EUOs are conducted under oath and they should reflect the facts without material alterations. One would need to see the file, and preferably the EUO transcripts, if they've become available. You could reach out to attorneys to discuss your question of whether you could sue. Someone could sue with virtually any claim, but in a consult, ask attorneys if the matter is cost effective to pursue. Good luck
