Q: I have a will tht ws prepared/notarized in Lake Cty several years ago. I hav movd to Volusia Cty. Is it still valid?

I paid several hundred dollars and do not want to pay more money if the will is still valid. Thank you.

A: Yes, the Will is valid, even if it is from another state it would be valid usually, you are fine if it was validly executed and you are happy with what it says.
