Q: I got pulled over and was issued a citation for doing 100mph in a 35 mph zone. What do I do?

A: First, SLOW DOWN. People will die in a collision while you are going 100 mph, and you could be charged with vehicular manslaughter and in some cases murder in the second degree. A 35mph speed limit is there because of pedestrians, bicycles, driveways, dogs and children in the area. It is a residential speed limit.
