Q: My father died, and my sister made herself pers. Rep. Of his estate, and took his money from his bank, and didn't report
Dad died, sister made herself pers rep. Of his estate, I was never notified or got any notice. She got an attorney for herself. She never showed me any legal documents of accounting or his bank accounts, she gave me 600$ and said that's all dad had in his bank. Come to find out he had over 100k and she took it for herself without even telling me. Also we each got one of dad's vehicles, but she won't sign me a bill of sale so I can't get it registered in my name.
Please help, she has really done me wrong making herself pers rep and taking mostly everything it's not fair or right
A: I am very sorry for your loss. You will need to hire a probate litigator to assist you. If you communicate with your sister or her attorney I recommend you do so in writing (letter or email) so you have proof of the conversation.
