Q: Can you file to stop a order signing over full permanent custody in Georgia?

My daughter had a controlling boyfriend and he made her give her baby to the fathers aunt whom isn’t even blood related. The lady tricked my daughter by telling her it would only be for like 3 to 6 weeks. The boyfriend was in on this also. My daughter has a learning disability and doesn’t think about things rationally before acting. She is very gulable. They done all of this behind my back and I found out the day they had papers sighned already threw a lawyer and notarized just the 21st of April, 2023 and now the boyfriend is gone and out of the picture my daughter realizes that she made a huge mistake and they won’t even let us or her see my grand baby. They’ve only been in her life five months and she’s almost two years old. I’ve raised the baby with my daughter supporting and taking care of both of them and this is a big mess and we need help so bad it’s killing me right now. A: My best advice to you is to speak directly with an attorney for a consultation and provide the paperwork you are referencing for the attorney to review. They can then see if there has been a legal guardianship filed, adoption or just exactly what type of rights were given and/or relinquished. Because it is unclear from what you have said exactly what paperwork the mother signed and if said paperwork was filed.
