Q: WAS ROLLED OVER BY A SEMI AND FEEL LIKE i SHOULD RECIEVE SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION, BUT HAVING HARD TIME GETTING LAWYE
i FEEL LIKE DRIVER FAILED TO KEEP VISUAL ON THE PEDESTRIANS DUE TO BEING DISTRACTED. i LOST 2 JOBS AND HAVE NOT WORKED IN ALMOST A YEAR. SEVERAL ATTORNEYS HAVE TURNED MY CASE DOWN AND NOW i AM RUNNING OUT OF TIME. NEITHER PARTY WAS TICKETED. BUIT HE STILL RAN OVER ME AND MY LIFE CHANGED DRASTICALLY. i LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE THAT DAY. lOTS OF FIREMEN AND AMBULANCES WERE AT TJE SCENE, BUT ONLY ONE OFFICER, WHO I NEVER SAW. I WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL WHERE I RECIEVED STAPLES IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD. hE ADMITTED TO SEEING US TRYING TO CROSS STREET, BUT HESITATED TO TURN RIGHT ON RED UNTIL I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS TRUCK. hE NEVER KNEW HE RAN OVER ME. hE WAS NOT TESTED FOR ALCOHOL, eCT....
