Since that hasn't happened, the mother is free to take the child anywhere she wants, as the mother has sole legal and physical custody. Even if you hired an attorney to file the proper paperwork, your case would not move forward until the mother was properly served and proof of that service was filed. Thus, to answer your original question of what can you do, you would need to locate the mother, before the court would give you a hearing on any filing or motion.
