Q: Can I report my unfaithful ex-wife for defrauding USCIS and me, after she already obtained her green-card?
I have screenshots showing she violated her work authorization, before receiving it, and her not taking our marriage seriously on multiple occasions, and her talking me into going along with it and plotting it. She swore to me it was a real marriage at times, but many other times it's clear she never respected the marriage through actions and sentiment: gone for months to nanny for a family in another state (and me having to fight endlessly, to the point of threatening divorce, to have her come home early, all documented), namely Florida (Boca Raton, Miami (one place where she cheated on me)), gaslighting and lying to me while she cheated on me (with multiple men in NY, NJ, and FL), with screenshots documented and dated from her phone and my phone.
Also, the affidavits I signed for her friends, for guys they're marrying that I either only met briefly once or twice, or on another occasion never met. Which makes me liable as well. Can I get leniency for blowing the whistle on all this?
A: If you have evidence of your ex-wife defrauding USCIS and violating the terms of her green card, it may be worth reporting it to the appropriate authorities like USCIS. Reporting fraud can have implications for both parties involved, and seeking legal counsel will help you navigate the process and protect your rights.
