A: No. Once you've received payment and delivered a deed to the buyer you no longer own it. You can't sell what you don't own. Contact the town, provide them a copy of the deed, let them know when that transaction took place and give them the buyer's name, address, telephone number and email address. Also, send copies of whatever you've gotten from the town to the buyer.
