Q: How do I go about approaching the Indiana Lottery about an app Idea I would like to sell to them.
I have an amazing app Idea for every states lottery...I don't want to develope and launch it I just want to take my idea the Lottery commission starting with Indiana and working my way to other state lotteries..and try to sell them the app Idea ..I have no idea where to begin.can you help?
