A: Was the Will filed for Probate? If not, it has no effect. If Probated, then the executor should have transferred the property to the legatee with a Receipt. A motion can be made in Probate Court, or an Action to Recover Personal Property in Sessions. If there was a Bond, a claim could be made on it.
