Q: Was in a accident not at fault was rear ended totaled my truck and their insurance (state farm) gave me a low estimate
I did not accept it my insurance (gieco) will not step in because i had liability on my truck and now since sending the estimate they are taking away my rental car which helps me get to work so how do i go forward with better estimate amd resolving this so im not the one getting punished for the other drivers fault
A: A Colorado attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for four weeks. Rental allowances generally run for very short periods of time. One option is to see if the property damage adjuster will consider any additional information from the collision techs that support a higher figure. Good luck
