Q: Rental reposession./ other occupants
I filed for reposession .not $. The day after the tenant was finally arrested after using it to avoid 3 warrants...I left 3 days to vacate afer a notice to pay or quit 3 days was ignored.many violations such as others residing..lA police stand off last week impacting the safety of renter of my other unit beside him..3 more times police tryied to get him there but no answer yesterday they got him.He still owed a little on rent an late fee 3 weeks late now...150$ ...Others are still staying there now not on lease an what looks like maybe drugs..What can i do as i wait for shariff to serve filing for posession an court.? Are there any rights to still come an inspect it since filing ..Tennant likely will be loked up a while ..I wnt them out an want to prevent this illegal use of property..

A: You should have hired an attorney to prosecute a problem Detainer, and you might want to now. Is the Writ of Possession issued? If not ask Court to issue or hire an attorney. Later you may need to file another Detainer Warrant against occupants and start the process again. But the execution of the Writ should make occupants not want to hang around.
