Q: My file that I need to complete my PTi has somehow been misplaced or lost, what can I do since they were negligent?
I did everything I was required to do with this program, . I was told by 2 separate counselors I would receive my completion certificate, they get back with me , well neither one now works with them , my files is empty, no one will respond back to me or my probation officers and now I'm being told by a third person that I was to attend classes cuz my files is empty. I told them who has my file and that I completed everything n just need certificate . I tryed for several months to clear this up but my call were ignored, now I'm told that I'm gonna be violated for not this. Can they do this, this place is the most unorganized, businesss I ever seen. So unprofessional and everyone is just passing the buck for this screw up and not helping actually doesn't care and I'm getting screwed for completing what court ask of me. This is crazy, can anyone help,
A: A motion with an affidavit should be filed and set for hearing. Yes, there are many attorneys who can help. You can try the Justia.com find a lawyer tab or contact the Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service.
