Q: Is it worth fighting an excessive noise ticket for my muffler
Cop says my muffler too loud but I’ve never had any cops say this before. He claims there’s no muffler but when I took a pic and showed him he still said it’s too loud. A mustang out of the factory is louder.
A: Best to correct the problem prior to Court, then advise the DA or Judge the loud pipe is now muffled. It might get dismissed.
