A: Unfortunately you are going to need to find a lawyer as soon as possible as that is the best way to ensure your rights are preserved. Was the lawyer you fired a Public Defender? If not you can try to apply for counsel from the court but if you fired them it gets a bit harder. DO NOT expect the court to be considerate, many of them will take advantage of your issues in an effort to close the case in a manner adverse to your best interests.
