One hundred thousand dollars it says if there are no liquid asssests in his estate when he dies then said distribution should lapse . Now my sister got the house that I’ve lived in fir 20 years n hurriedly transferred the house in her name and then there’s another house my father had that turned out he refinanced and basically bank will b foreclosing if not sold in 3 months so what eaxactky does this mean do I not get anything unless the house gets sold ?
