Q: My son was driving my car I had no insurance he rearendedcar trying to prevent hitting the car who stopped abruptly due
To 2 cars in front of him stopping . Abstracted view for all cars. Cops came out no tickets were given to anyone. Cop said everyone responsible for their own damages. Now the guy my son is suing my son . Can he do this ?
