Q: So I was took to jail last night because an officer said he conducted a traffic stop because he positively Id me at

1030 at night approximately 50 yards from where he was facing the opposite direction I was going wearing a helmet on a motorcycle and when he approached me I was walking back out of the store across the parking lot towards the motorcycle still wearing a helmet but was not did not get on the bike or nothing but he claims he identified me driving and knowing that I didn't have a license that's why he come over there is that possible

A: It is possible. Hire a competent attorney to prepare for a rigorous Preliminary Hearing. Also try to get your TNDL before Court. 2nd Offense is a mandatory 45 days of jail.
