Q: Can you help me find C.R.S. § 13-21-414. I have looked all over westlaw and google, nothing has turned up.
Looking for a Colorado Statute. Just to avoid any confusion.
A: Is it possible that you have the wrong statute number? In Westlaw and Lexis, you should be able to pull up Colorado Revised Statutes, and pull Title 13 Article 21 to determine if that specific statute exists. Pay specific attention to the numbers. Colorado, reserves spaces so it is possible to jump 50 spaces at a time. If you cannot find it, then take the specific text, paste it in the search bar on westlaw, limit your search to Colorado statutes, and see what pops up. Hopefully, that helps you find it. It could be a proposed bill as well. Good hunting.
