I went on yellow/orange. What could I say in court? If I plead not guilty and proven wrong is there an extra fee? Is it better to go with a jury or judge?

A: If you plead not guilty, you can present your case in court, possibly including any evidence or witnesses that support your claim that you did not run a red light. If you are found guilty after pleading not guilty, there may be court costs in addition to the original fine. Whether to opt for a jury or a judge often depends on the complexity of the case and local procedures.
