Q: Left to go to Nc for few months while gone I see my husband move out and rented our home , can he do that w/o my consent

We are still legally married, we had a altercation in June this year I left like always to keep something drastic from happening cause my husband is bipolar so to refrain from serious things happy I leave and go back to my mom for while , he has issues with infidelity since 2014 and still do and when I confront him it goes sideways and he tells me to get out his house I’m not welcome there get our daughter out this is my house etc so to keep from fight and what not I front of my child cause I know how Ga is I give him a break and go back to Nc for few months. Even at times we would leave go stay with his girlfriend in Florida or nc and come back when he felt like it .Right now I’m in ‘Nc but our house is in Ga we bought in 2019 I’m trying to go back but I have no home because ppl are living in it what I do if anything to get access back to my home
