A: Many Court allow you to apply for fee waivers. Check your court's website for forms and instructions.

A: Contact the Clerk of Court where the suit was filed/pending and tell them what you said here and ask if they have a "motion for in forma pauerpis" form for you to fill ou which is an application with the court to allow you to file your paperwork without having to pay your court costs and filing fees in advance and at that time. Also, I would contact the local bar association of where you are located and/or the state bar association----explain to them your situation and see if tjhey have any recommendations of a pro bono attorney or an attorney who would charge you at a reduced rate.

A: A fee waiver could help here, if you can show financial hardship. Good luck
