Q: My grandpa is on his way in an ambulance to a hospital, for a defective pacemaker. Can they sue the hospital?
He got the pacemaker a month ago, and today he was found with a very low heart rate which shows that the pacemaker was not properly functioning after a month. If this went in noticed, he could have died.
A: It could be a malpractice case or a case against the manufacturer. More information would be needed.
A: I'm sorry for your grandfather's ordeal. If the pacemaker was defective, it could be a matter of a product liability action. You could reach out to attorneys who handle such cases to try to set up a free initial consult. Good luck
