A: A Michigan attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for five weeks. I'm sorry for your ordeal. The most definitive way to answer your question could be to try to arrange a free initial consult with a law firm. A law firm's decision could be based on the extent of damages here. If the symptoms were transient and did not leave a permanent impact, some law firms could be reluctant to contemplate such a case on a contingency basis. But that's only my individual perspective - different attorneys could see things differently. A consult would provide you with more definitive guidance, with the benefit of reviewing your medical records in detail, if you are able to arrange. Good luck
