Everything that was found was claimed by the other 2 people and the cop stated in the first hearing that they claimed the drugs and my name was not speak About having anything or finding anything on me. How can they recharge you on the same charge how can they take title 40 from me after giving it to me, how can they give me a year probation and then change it to 3 years just after talking to my attwary and agreeing to that and then it is all different and everything I ask about the papers that you get from your attwary that you sign the agree and then they tell you that there is no court papers I have been done that way though everything never seen motion of deserve ain't all the whole time
A: If you are on probation then you are already convicted and serving a sentence. Apparently you pled guilty without trial, so talk to your attorney about why you did not try it.
