So today my boyfriend and I were arguing about our 4 month old baby. He had her since Thursday and was supposed to have her until Tuesday. We were supposed to go to lunch earlier but we had got into a little petty disagreement and decided against going so I went to run errands instead and he kept the baby. After my errands I decided I still wanted to get food so I went back and wanted to get her and take her with me. He told me no since she was sleep, I kept telling him to give her to me. Hence we are still a little annoyed with each other from earlier so it’s a really immature back and forth. He then told me he was gonna go get her blanket since it was cold standing by the door and he tried to close the door on me so I stuck my foot out almost like a kick to stop the door from closing so when that happened the door opened back hitting him on his arm slightly so he got annoyed and told me to get out which was fine seeing as we both needed to calm down anyways, so I left.

A: I take it someone was arrested?

Often times when a 3rd party calls the authorities the investigators are unwilling to slow down and actually investigate what happened, as it is faster and easier to just start arresting folks.

IF you or your BF were arrested, BE CAREFUL and get an attorney. This appears to be very minor and you want to keep it that way. Do not blow up the issue, rather keep it calm and you want an attorney to talk the state into treating it appropriately. Folks are allowed to argue.
