Q: Aunt willed land to family member. Then she changed it.. but he already put a double wide on that land. Can he leave
A: Will has no effect until testatrix dies and her will is filed for Probate. It can be changed or destroyed anytime before her death. Apparently family member improved her land as a gift. Hopefully he can remove it still.
